Guidelines

Applications are invited from Voluntary Groups, Community Groups or Charities operating in the Conwy Town Council Area (Conwy Town, Deganwy, Llandudno Junction):

Small Grants Applications

Applications are considered biannually (one application allowed per year)
February – Deadline for submission 31st January;
July – Deadline for submission 30th June;

Community Development Fund – No Deadline as the application can be submitted at any time;
(Applications must be a community-based project, by a Community Group and to benefit the Community)

Festival Grant - No Deadline as the application can be submitted at any time.
(Applications must be a Festival project, to benefit the Community)

All Applications

must be accompanied by the following:

• Covering letter on headed paper detailing the nature of the Grant Application;
• Copy of latest available Audited Accounts or General Accounts;
• Copy of 3 months latest Bank Statements.
